FAITH THAT IS SEEN

Mark 2:5, "When Jesus saw their faith, he said unto the sick of the palsy, Son, thy sins be forgiven thee."

MATTHEW 9: 1-8, MARK 2: 1-12, LUKE 5: 17-26

Faith can be seen. Just as Jesus explained to Nicodemus in John 3:8, faith is like the wind. Faith itself is invisible, but saving faith is always accompanied by corresponding actions which can be seen (Jas. 2:17-26).

It was not only the faith of the paralytic that Jesus saw, but also that of his four friends (Mk. 2:3). This demonstrates the effect our intercession in faith can have upon others. Jesus saw their faith. However, although our faith released on behalf of others is powerful, it is not a substitute for their faith. It is simply a help. The person who is to receive the miracle must have some degree of faith, also.

Crying Out to God for Healing

WORD OF KNOWLEDGE

By Audra Haney

CBN.com – In January of 2013, Caryn Jandl was diagnosed with a severe sinus infection that drained into her lungs. A deep, painful cough kept her awake, night after night. “Emotionally, I was drained. I was frustrated and since I couldn’t sleep, I wasn’t getting my immune system back to where it should have been.”

Caryn’s doctor gave her a strong 5 day antibiotic for the infection. “I came home and I took the two azithromycin. Five o’clock came and I started coughing and I coughed all night long. Saturday morning I took the next antibiotic, and I didn’t sleep that night either. The cough seemed to be getting worse. It wasn’t getting any better.”

Caryn finished 4 days of the antibiotics, but the coughing continued. “I would lay and cry, because there was nothing else I could do. And, I would pray, ‘God, please heal me.’”

The Gift of a Word of Knowledge

Rick Joyner Newsletters -Prophetic Insight

I was involved in another prophetic experience that I think has some great lessons. It happened when I was flying our ministry plane to Nashville, Tenn., with some of our musicians to do some recording.
After taxing to the General Aviation ramp, a line girl directed us to a parking spot. After we deplaned, the wife of one of our musicians said to the line girl as she walked past her, “You get along with animals better than you do people—you should have been a vet.” The line girl looked stunned, and I couldn’t help wondering if this had insulted her.

Healing Testimony : Aquilla Nash

Ministry

Aquilla Nash was dying when she met God in 1961. Complications following the birth of her second son resulted in acute hemorrhaging. In spite of the efforts of several physicians to revive her, she began to feel her life ebbing away. In those moments, she turned to God and committed her life to him. That dramatic and decisive confrontation with God also led to her healing.
