Pat Robertson: "God Will Supply A Million Dollars" to One of His Viewers
    Televangelist Pat Robertson said this

audience praying for a million dollars
will receive it from the Lord.
Televangelist Pat Robertson
said this past week that
someone in his 700 Club
audience praying for a
million dollars will receive
it from the Lord. According
Robertson, a conservative
political commentator and
charismatic preacher,
prayed during the
broadcast that "God is going
to supply a million dollars. Somebody is praying right now, right this second you're praying for a million dollars ... God has said I have heard your prayer, I know your need and I'm going to supply the need that you've requested. It's done, in Jesus' name."

The prayer came after Robertson told another viewer that the clothes she bought at a local Goodwill store may have attached demons and that she should pray over the clothing to exorcise them.

Here there be dragons … but no centaurs

What’s the difference between believing in centaurs and believing in dragons? Jamie L. from Australia writes in response to The Year the Water Dragon Roared:
I am a Christian and a subscriber to your magazine. I would love to find more evidence that supports our view of a creator and loving God, however sometimes I think we are just reaching. If we use this kind of rationale, we could also perhaps say that the Egyptians knew of half men half horse centaurs. I think we can do better than this, don’t you?

Scientists Find Earliest Known Penis

Possibly the world's oldest penis — over 100 million years old — was found on a recently discovered fossil of an ostracod, an early crustacean, related to crabs, shrimps, and water fleas, according to NewScientist.com and Reuters.

"To my knowledge, it is the oldest penis. I don't know of any older," said Professor David Siveter, of the University of Leicester in England.

Siveter was presenting his research on the fossil, found in Brazil, to the British Association Festival of Science.
