8 Ways to Unleash Your Inner Hot Mama

By Norine Dworkin-McDaniel, Special to LifeScript

You had a baby. Congratulations! Now you’re somebody’s mom. But that doesn’t mean you have to turn into your mother. There’s no reason to surrender your playful, flirty, lusty side just because you’re pushing a stroller. Even if you’re a mom who gets drooled on, you can still be a woman men drool over. Here are 8 essentials that can help you become a smokin’ hot mama...
1. Get your body back.
Of course, no one expected you to sashay out of the hospital wearing skinny jeans, newborn in arms. It took 10 months to put that weight on; it’ll certainly take time to whittle it off.

But if it’s been a few years now, and your “baby” is starting kindergarten (or graduate school!), it’s time to stop pretending that’s pregnancy weight clinging to your hips. Real women do have curves, but you know if you’ve crossed over to frumpy dumpling.

Slim down slowly and take heart in knowing that you gained your weight creating another human being – not because of an uncontrollable urge for Twinkies.

How To Win Him Back From The Other Woman

This is for my friend, I am charm, whose husband has left her and their child and is off having his affair with the other woman.

The statistics for an affair actually working out are very low, I think it is less than 2% of affairs actually turn into marriages, it is most likely not going to work out between him and the other woman, and it probably won’t even last past a year. This is good news for a wife who wants her husband to return to their family. However, you have many disadvantages on your side right now to work through.

The Scientist: Arthur Perry, M.D., YouBeauty Cosmetic Surgery Expert
The Answer: If you don’t want the girls to sag, then you’ll have to tuck them up before you tuck yourself in. It’s sad but true: Sleeping sans bra is the major cause of breast droop.

Boob Basics
The quintessential embodiment of female sexuality, breasts have fascinated and mystified since the beginning of time. From the biology that makes breasts, and breast-feeding, possible, and the odd boob changes that occur with motherhood to historical perceptions of the hourglass shape, LiveScience the art and science of breasts.

The First Bra
Women have strapped down their breasts with fabric bands or boosted their cleavage with body-shaping corsets for centuries, depending on current fashions. But the precursors to modern bras began to appear in the late 1800s and early 1900s. The magazine “Vogue” first used the term brassiere in 1907. In 1914, American Mary Phelps-Jacobs patented the first bra design, which consisted of two handkerchiefs sewn together with baby ribbon used as straps.
The first push-up bra came on the scene in 1948, introduced by Frederick Mellinger of Frederick's of Hollywood fame. According to Redbook magazine, the average woman today owns nine bras.

How Facebook is sexualizing young girls

Teen girls have always obsessed over their looks, says Randye Hoder at The New York Times. But social networking is pushing them to a disturbing extreme

Thanks the to ubiquity of internet-connected cameras, young teens have developed an unprecedented level of self-consciousness and an obsession with sexing it up to solicit more "Likes" on Facebook.

Best Opinion:  N.Y. Times
In today's "hyper-public internet age, young teenagers are relentlessly living their lives camera-ready — and it's not a pretty picture," says Randye Hoder at The New York Times. Internet-connected cameras are everpresent, and young girls are obsessively posing for Facebook, whose "Like" feature — the ultimate gauge of popularity — drives girls to out-sexy each other to win the coveted clicks. Here, an excerpt:
[T]he glare of the camera is never far away. And that is affecting how adolescent girls conduct themselves in their actual, everyday lives. Girls this age, who have felt pressured historically to look their best most of the time, suddenly seem to feel as if they need to look their best all of the time. In turn, always being "on" seems to lead some girls to pose for pictures that are oversexualized: Pouting lips, lots of cleavage, short-shorts, crop tops that showcase a bare midriff.

Super Shocking Study: Men Like Breasts

Ok, no news there. But new research does show how the sizes stack up.

Men Like Breasts
A lucky few, 128 men to be exact, were picked to participate in a study at the University Of Wroclaw, in which they were forced to ogle ta-tas from not one, not two, but three different angles!
Not a bad way to do your part for science, ey, gentlemen?
And while a not-so-sneaky peak at our cleavage might induce an eye roll from the average woman, the findings could prove even more disheartening for women with cup sizes C and up.
According to the study, men attracted to busty babes were romantic rolling stones whose relationships were mostly short lived. On the other hand, men who preferred a perfectly petite pair tended to be the kind that liked to settle down in committed relationships.
Clearly those commitment types know what requirements are really important for a woman to fill and it’s not a bra!
Although, perhaps that’s a little altruistic because as the researchers explained, “As predicted, [playboys] generally gave higher ratings than did [serial monogamist types], but the significance was only at larger breast sizes.” Adding, “We also found that medium to large sizes were rated as the most attractive by both male groups.”
The researchers didn’t seem surprised by their data and we doubt anyone who has ever dined at Hooters would either. But here’s some good news—unless you’re Lindsay Lohan. That side boob trend that was trying to happen in fashion, well, that view rated the lowest with men. Seems guys prefer the full 3D effect in the depth of an oblique view.
Despite the findings, Viren Swami, Ph.D., YouBeauty Attraction Expert, whose research was cited in the study, reassures us there’s no need to get too caught up in our cup size because, “When men judge the attractiveness of a woman, the most important criteria are facial features; after this comes overall body size, and only after this do other features like breast size, leg length, etc. come into play. Sure, some men may emphasize breasts more than others, but generally speaking it doesn't influence attractiveness judgments in the same way that, say, facial features do.”
So, ladies, there's even more reason to say to a guy staring at your boobs, “My eyes are up here!”
