Dark Knight Rises review

Dam. Chris Nolan has really outdone himself. This was the best of the “Dark Knight Rises” movies. For those who don’t know about “Batman”, this movie is the epic conclusion of the “Dark Knight Rises” trilogy. (Dark Knight Rises Begins, Dark Knight Rises: The Dark Knight, and this movie, Dark Knight Rises: Dark Knight Rises) There is so much to say about this movie. I don’t know where to begin. First, the performances.

A lot of people were not expecting Anne Hathaway to do a great job as Catwoman, but I think she really gave an “amazing performance”. Her portrayal of Catwoman really combined the best of all the previous incarnations of the character; from Eartha Kitt, to Halle Berry to Michelle Feiffer. Not just Michelle Feiffer in Batman Returns but also Michelle Feiffer in Gangsta’s Paradise, both the movie Gangsta’s Paradise and her portrayal of the same character in the music video for Coolio’s Gangsta’s Paradise. All of that was in Anne Hathaway’s performance. Sometimes she would just take out a chair and sit on it backwards with a serious look on her face as she tried to turn Gotham’s street urchins away from crime.

John Travolta’s Masseur Lawsuits Follow Rumors of a Double Life

Hollywood star John Travolta has been accused of sexual assault in lawsuits filed by two male masseurs. But questions about the actor’s sex life have circulated for years, reports Marlow Stern.

News of an incredibly graphic $2 million lawsuit by a “John Doe” masseur against John Travolta, which broke Monday, may have come as a surprise to some fans of the actor, who projects an image of a smiling heartthrob on-screen and an adoring family man off.

In the suit, filed in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles, an unnamed male masseur accuses the 58-year-oldPulp Fiction star of sexual assault, sexual battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, saying Travolta came on to him several times during a massage session at the Beverly Hills Hotel in January. And on Tuesday, a second “John Doe” masseur, represented by the same attorney, filed another $2 million sexual-assault suit against Travolta, claiming“substantial documentation and numerous witnesses regarding the substance of Travolta’s actions.” Travolta’s lawyer has denied both men’s accusations, saying of the new suit, “This second ‘anonymous’ claim is just as absurd and ridiculous as the first one.”

7 Things to Remember About Sex

Your spouse approaches intimacy much differently than you.

by Bob Lepine

It’s no surprise that many husbands and wives think differently about sex. And these differences can easily become a source of conflict in marriage.

With that in mind, I want to suggest seven things men need to remember about sex and seven things wives need to keep in mind as well:

What husbands should remember about sex

1. Hollywood sex is made up. It’s a fantasy. The people in romantic scenes in movies are actors. Don’t try to measure your marital sex against what you see in a romantic film.

2. Sex is probably (but not necessarily) a lower priority for your wife than it is for you. Are you as committed to meeting her needs and desires as you’d like her to be with your desire for sex? Could you even name her top three relationship needs? Here is one of them ...

3. Your wife needs a safe and secure relationship. In order for her to engage in sex with heart and mind and body, she needs to know that you will be there for her, that you are committed to her, and that she is your one and only.
